JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary of duties: Develops policy and directs and coordinates human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee services by performing the following duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Reports to Directors
  • Understand and able to process legal documents for expats
  • Manage all human resources activities for the company (recruitment - able to work with local universities and know how to recruit from overseas, selection, employment, compensation, labor relations, benefit, training and development, termination, payroll, etc.)
  • Supports management by providing human resources advices for decision making process
  • Develop and implement Company Policy in accordance to labor laws and regulations
  • Develop relationships with outside parties related to human resources such as Office of Manpower, Police, Community, etc.

Requirements:

  • Maximum 40 years old
  • A Psychology/Legal/Management Bachelor from reputable university
  • Has experience in the same field for at least 5 years and experience in the same position minimum 3 years
  • Good command of both written and spoken English
  • Willing to work mobile in Jakarta areas and willing to travel to other cities 
  • Strong knowledge of integrated HR framework and general affairs
  • Good interpersonal skill, proactive, and strong in leadership
  • Has good analytical and critical thinking 
  • Details and problem solving oriented
  • Can do attitude
