Job Description:

  • Design, develop, and improve HR programs and initiatives;
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll information is provided to Finance on a monthly basis for payroll processing and payments;
  • Ensure legal compliance with all applicable employment laws;
  • Promote & build employee & industrial relations with management, staff & regulatory bodies so as to achieve a harmonious employee & industrial relations climate.
  • Design and improve the full employee life cycle from talent acquisition, recruitment strategy, onboarding to overseeing health and wellbeing initiatives and managing exit processes;
  • Work closely with management to deliver training requirements, undertake succession planning and review organisational design to ensure best fit;
  • Lead and manage the HR & GA division

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR professional and leader;
  • Thorough knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law;
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices;
  • Ability to work well under pressure;
  • Excellent people management skills;
  • Analytical and goal oriented;
  • Proactive nature, positive and innovative approach to problem solving;
  • Strong organization skills, able to handle multiple jobs with attention to details;
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
  • Work requires a willingness to work a flexible schedule
  • Placement: East Jakarta with travel required
