Head of Human Resource & General Affairs
Job Description:
- Design, develop, and improve HR programs and initiatives;
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll information is provided to Finance on a monthly basis for payroll processing and payments;
- Ensure legal compliance with all applicable employment laws;
- Promote & build employee & industrial relations with management, staff & regulatory bodies so as to achieve a harmonious employee & industrial relations climate.
- Design and improve the full employee life cycle from talent acquisition, recruitment strategy, onboarding to overseeing health and wellbeing initiatives and managing exit processes;
- Work closely with management to deliver training requirements, undertake succession planning and review organisational design to ensure best fit;
- Lead and manage the HR & GA division
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR professional and leader;
- Thorough knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law;
- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices;
- Ability to work well under pressure;
- Excellent people management skills;
- Analytical and goal oriented;
- Proactive nature, positive and innovative approach to problem solving;
- Strong organization skills, able to handle multiple jobs with attention to details;
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
- Work requires a willingness to work a flexible schedule
- Placement: East Jakarta with travel required
