ISMILE Bandung`s Christmas Performances ☃️❄️🎄⛄

Our Kindergarten class had so much fun exploring adjectives today! We focused on adjectives of quantity, which helped our little learners describe the world around them in colorful and exciting ways. Each student took a turn looking around the classroom for different objects. When they found something, they came to the front of the class and said, “I see _______,” finishing the sentence by telling us how many of the object they found and its name, like “I see two books!” while showing the object to the class. This activity gave them a chance to practice their speaking skills and use their imagination. It was wonderful to see them excited and confident as they learned to express themselves in new ways!

ISMILE had an unforgettable Mud Day, filled with creativity and laughter! The kids enjoyed mud painting, playing in the mud kitchen, and adding mud to our extraordinary elephant sculpture. Special thanks as well to Rumah Tanah Liat Citra for teaching the little ones the art of clay molding. Their hands-on guidance made the day even more magical. A day of slips, slides, and smiles indeed, thanks to our wonderful partners!

On our last fun workshop, our parents received customized training session from Edwina Kwan about the basics of Jolly Phonics such as letter sounds, blending, and segmenting. Meanwhile, our teachers received continuous training about Jolly Grammar which consist of grammar, spelling, punctuation, and vocabulary for children. All fun and games while still striving for the best children education! Stay tuned for our next fun workshop!

🐠 “Under the Sea Adventures!” 🐠
Our little ocean explorers dived into a world of colors and textures today! 🌊 They had so much fun with learning invitations inspired by the ocean—splashing in water bins, feeling soft and squishy textures, and playing with all kinds of sea creature toys. Watching them light up with curiosity as they discovered their “ocean treasures” was the highlight of our day!
Through sensory play, our infants are developing fine motor skills, building sensory awareness, and growing their sense of wonder. 🌟
